12 hour days on Concrete left to clean up after the union!

So for the past couple of weeks I have been Merchandising my new store and training new associates.  I have 300 new babies in training.. Oh my God. Some of the people I question as to what upper management was thinking when hiring them and there are a couple I thank with every last breath that I have to have them..  It's a weird area where my store opened up..one area is just plan ghetto and the other half is 9 million dollar homes..  I just really can't wait to see what demographic they will bring into my store.

I spent 2 hours doing  hand written schedules with my manage because staff works isn't up. To lead too people complaining that they are on 6 day work weeks to get the store up and ready before opening day.  really People GET OVER IT! It's work and it's OVERTIME the once and only time you are allowed to have it.

So to bring you to the picture above.. After working the last two weeks 12 hour days on my feet for almost 99% of the time on hard concrete.. They asked if I would clean up after the Electricians (Local 3) union's Crap... REALLY! Did they for get their contract that at the end of the day they are suppose to clean up their stuff put all their equipment away and put all material away. So I start cleaning up and one of the Foremen come in and go, "don't touch my stuff!"  I looked at him and nicely stated, " Ask me in correct English with out the union talk/ attitude and maybe then we will talk"  He continued to get lippy with me and I went back right at it with him letting him know that I am a union-man's wife and I can talk the talk just as much as he can. He stomped off and I cleaned-up.  Need mind you this was my 13th hour of work. ahhhhhhh.

all this walking around is making me need new sneakers. mine are officially on life support! Nike Shox 8.5's I need you!!!!!!! all black!!!!!!! Come to me...
